Developed by AlexPlay LLC, this game is exactly what its title implies: an idle tycoon game wherein you can leave it for hours, and it will generate in-game money and resources for you. This time, the theme is the shady world of the mafia and gangsters dealing with riches.

Different games are using the mafia theme, but they mostly function the same. Like most idle games, you simply assign tasks to buildings or NPCs under your command. You can leave them be for a while and come back. In fact, it’s recommended that you do that frequently and avoid focusing on the game too much as it was designed for you to play it idly.

In Idle Mafia Inc - Tycoon Game, you build your empire by just tapping on the screen. You start with robberies and three goons on the first level: the robber, the bag deliverer, and the guy who puts the money in the vault. Their actions aren’t automated at first, and you have to tap on them so they’ll work. Once you save enough money, you can assign managers to them to make the grinding automatic.

Note that hiring workers will also require you to pay them so you should manage and save smartly. The levels are unlocked with money and are basically building floors on-screen. You get to unlock more business ventures by completing whole buildings. What’s great about this game is that you can play offline. However, unlike similar games, there’s not much else to grab your attention here—especially if you’re the type to like engaging stories.

Overall, Idle Mafia Inc - Tycoon Game does well enough as an idle game. It starts slow but gives lucrative rewards for would-be mafia bosses. However, its plot leaves much to be desired, especially with its weirdly-written dialogue. Plus, you still need managers to create idle resource generation. At the very least, the art style is cute and perfect enough for miniature mafia activities.
